Vintage kids girls handmade dress. Could fit a variety of sizes, would fit 6-10 in my opinion. 3/4 puff sleeves with elastic cuffs, shirred/cinched waistline, round neck, tie waist, flared hem. Floral pattern. Red, green, blue & white colors. Back zipper closure.
